For 85 years L.L. Bean has offered products, services and education devoted to helping people enjoy the outdoors. Their founder Leon Leonwood Bean enjoyed sharing his passion for the out of doors with newcomers as much as spending time hiking or fishing with old friends. L.L. Bean also believed that exercise in the “open air” added years to his life. L.L. Bean Outdoor Discovery Schools carry on L.L.’s Tradition by offering programs that help you get the most out of your outdoor adventures.
