The Harraseeket Inn Sales Staff can reserve your lodging and meeting rooms as well as reception space. In addition, recreational activities for conference attendees and their families can be arranged.
The Harraseeket Inn offers a wide range of banquet menus. From simple meeting break snacks to outdoor lobster bakes and elegant multi-course dinners, we’ll arrange food and beverage service to your exact specifications.
Our professional Sales Staff welcomes the opportunity to assist you with every little detail of your meeting or banquet. We set all meeting room tables with pads of paper, pens, pitchers of water, and glasses. We can provide your group with the necessary signage, meeting packets, audio visual equipment, decoration, fax and photocopying services-everything you’ll need to make your meeting a success.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m. The Sales Staff can make arrangements to hold your belongings for any early check-ins or if your conference should extend beyond the check-out time.
Deposits & Payments
A specified deposit is required in addition to a signed contract. Full payment is due at the conclusion of the event, including all taxes and gratuities, unless direct billing has been authorized. To arrange billing, a credit application must be submitted to the Harraseeket Inn 30 days prior to your scheduled event.
In order to ensure the freshness of food and the preparation of both your meal and meeting space, a guaranteed number of attending guests is required 5 business days prior to your event. If we do not receive your guarantee, we will set and serve your original estimated guest count and charge accordingly for additional guests.
A 20% service charge and 8% Maine state sales tax will be added to all food and beverage charges.
